Bringing it All Together
Your Faith and Life in Christ Jesus

Christ centered Christian formation is the lifelong goal in the “evangelization of
one’s own self ”. St. Augustine once said, “No one becomes Christian [like Christ] suddenly.” Conversion to Christ is not the same as maturity in Christ. Christian maturity is a lifelong process to which the whole community must be devoted. Consequently, a focus on Christian formation is essential to the Church if it is to follow in the life of Christ.

Christian formation through programs and education should stir up the desire
within an individual to press on to know Christ Jesus more fully. In an effort to create such opportunities a variety of adult and youth venues are being offered this upcoming fall season.

Maturing in Christ, from within the soul is essential for every man, woman and
child. We all know when our faith is hungry and our lives seem parched. The prophet Jeremiah describes the word of God as honey on the tongue and King David as rain in the desert. Please review the opportunities provided this Fall. Consider your personal needs as a child of God and then plan your spiritual life accordingly. Like the Kingdom of God, all are welcome and invited to attend.
